That paper is such a rag, I'm surprised anyone with even 3 brain cells reads it, but sadly, in NYC, it's all over the place.

It's just meat from conventional raised pigs with an ick-factor to it, so why not? Guess those poor things needed some meat in their diet too.

It depends on whether the farmer was grain fed or not. Even then, if I had to choose between eating "grain" or "farmer" fed bacon, I'd choose the latter because of the obviously improved O6:O3 profile.

Wasting bacon is a Paleo crime.
