im 21yrs old,im very skinny girl i want to gain weight and i want thick body my friends are thick and they r insulting me please help me please..................how to gain weight

It's not a bad thing if SHE wants to, or needs to gain to be healthy. I would consider it a less than positive thing if she is only doing it because her "friends" are insulting her.

Eat meat and eggs with yolks, lift heavy things. Maybe add lots of dairy.

For some helpful hints, I suggest you take some time to describe what your diet actually consists of. Most people cannot give you great suggestions until you give us a bit more information.

So what is your diet like? What is your activity level? Do you have any health conditions that lead to your "very skinny"-ness?

You may eat what other paleoHackers suggest but DON'T FORGET TO LIFT HEAVY- it will give you more muscle mass and a better body composition.
