Hello everyone, first time poster here. Love the site! A little background of my paleo adventure thus far: I started eating strictly paleo Jan 1 and decided to do a "paleo cleanse" until the Super Bowl. My wife and I made it, and lost about 20 pounds in the process (I'm 6'4" 240lb at the start). I am now 215.5lbs with a goal of 200. After our cleanse we decided to slowly introduce non paleo foods to see how our body reacted to each new food. We started with sushi and did fine with the rice. The next day we had pizza and wings and I tell you what, the next day I felt like I had the flu and was depressed for two days!
My question concerns weight lifting on paleo. Do y'all think I can add a good weight regimine and stay about 90% paleo and have the energy to keep it up? Thanks!
