Hi Friends,

I am new in Pittsburgh and just starting paleo, would like to get help from all people around to help me find quality grass fed lamb, liver, soy free pastured eggs and chicken. I usually shop at East end food coop and whole foods, but both are so expensive!! a pound of chicken breast for $7.5 is tooo much, that too not soy free, says organic vegetarian feed. Please help me with good sources of 100%grass fed lamb, pastured chicken, eggs. Thanks!

i order so much from "your family cow" and "us wellness meats." YFC is great because they deliver every week and everything i've had is so delicious. the prices are VERY reasonable. at trader joe's, a lb of ground beef is $6.50 and YFC has a lb for $5.00.

organic vegetarian feed = soy beans and corn not on an open pasture where they would have eaten bugs and worms -- Oh, and

CHICKENS ARE NOT VEGETARIANS!!!
