Hello smart people. I have another lymph node question. I have a history of "shotty," nodes, but in the past month or so I have noticed 2 (symmetrical) raised, hard bony like bumps on the back of my head. Now, everything I have read seems to say that the occipital nodes are the only ones of the back of the head, but that they are generally below or at the hairline.
If you follow from the middle of my ears, straight back there they are.. one on each side of the skull.
I am hoping someone here with a physiology background or medical background can help me in determining what they are. I recently moved to a new state and don't have a regular doctor. I did go see a doctor and asked him about it, but he basically said.. "hmm, I don't think those are nodes.. hmm.."
