it's working! not perfect but my mood and digestion are more stable than they have been in a long while. this is what i'm eating regularly.
at least 400 cals of brown rice syrup/day mixed with shredded coconut and/or trader joe's gum-free lite canned coconut milk.
at least 2 raw pastured egg yolks/day.
grass fed liver sauteed in rendered pastured pork fat multiple times a week.
gelatinous bone broth/stew made weekly and/or supplemental great lakes gelatin powder.
raw carrot salad with raw garlic, salt, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar upon waking.
trader joe's canned/frozen wild shellfish.
3 bags of green tea or yerba mate/day (caffeine).
vega sport vegan protein powders and assorted enhancement packets. supplements include ubiquinol, pqq, nac, selenium, green tea extract, chinese adaptogens, alc, r-ala, pantethine, pantothenic acid, stronger-faster-healthier brand fish oil, magnesium lysinate/glycinate/malate/taurate, seri-phos, l-theanine... adding vit e, dim, and tmg in soon. dhea and pregnenolone were actually hindering me, as soon as i cut them out i started getting morning wood again.
no vitamin d! trying it out and eating more liver. dont notice a difference as i always crave the sun and heat and loathe cold weather
its a high protein diet, with at least 100g/protein/day. its a high fat diet with at least one can of the lite coconut milk/day, 2 egg yolks, fish oil, shredded coconut and bone broth. it may also be considered a high carb diet because i'm eating at least 500 carb cals/day.
bowel movements are regular now if a bit sluggish. the magnesium helps. bloating is way down, digestive pain is way down. food sensitivity symptoms such as depression and joint pain are way down but not completely eliminated yet. mood is way up. energy is better although still a dip mid-day which sometimes requires a nap. libido is slightly better but still low.
discovered that starches are clearly a problem due to some gut issue. totally kicked my chocolate addiction with the magnesium and bone broth. lite coconut milk is awesome for me but full fat coconut milk completely fatigues me! upping the sugars improved my mood and energy immediately and helped bowel movements. skipping breakfast is a bad idea causing binging at night. i eat at least 50+g protein at breakfast with a lot of fat ala leptin reset. carbs are eaten mid day and onward.
the peat raw strained oj does not work for me., it causes a lot of acidity and tongue pimples. dairy of any kind causes varying levels of depression/anger, clearly a casein issue.
