I'm already listening to robb wolf's podcast, underground wellness, and chris kresser's podcast.

Thanks, Mike

You just want interviews with Jaminet, or paleo podcasts in general?

That's funny. I ordered the book before hearing him interviewed on Sean's Underground Wellness podcast. I wasn't that impressed (from a first-impression) perspective, but since I already purchased the book, I read it. I'm really glad I did because I really like his philosophy and methodology, and especially his section on supplements. I'm about 20 days into my PHD and lost 4 pounds, and am feeling full and satisfied!!!

He's been on all of the following recently.

Dr. Lo Radio, 12/19/12

The Bulletproof Executive - 12/27/12

Fat-Burning Man - 12/14/12

Latest in Paleo - 12/6/12

Super Human Radio - 12/19/12

Underground Wellness - 12/5/12

I think the Super Human Radio and Bulletproof Executive were the best, but that's because I think both Carl and Dave are a bit more "fringe" than the others and Paul can be somewhat monotone and repetitive when asked the same stuff over and over.

Paul Jaminet was on the Fat Burning Man podcast recently. If you don't listen to Abel's podcast I recommend it, he's an excellent host and has a good range of guests on. Paul has also been on one of Jimmy Moore's podcasts, although that was a while ago, before the release of his second book. I think it (together with Jimmy's subsequent posts on his blog) was one of the catalysts of the safe starches debate. If you search the LLVLC blog you'll find it.

Paul seems like such a nice, intelligent bloke, every time I hear him talking about his work I come away with something new to think about.

Happy listening!

You are in luck. I am launching a podcast shortly and Paul generously agreed to be a guest. I will link you to the show once it is up!

He is amazing isn't he?
