Seeking out a pet sitter can be a tough task for pet owners. Since you simply can???t leave your pet with just any pet sitter, there are certain things which you must do in order to pick the right one. Here are three tips for finding the right pet sitter:

Review the Pet Sitter???s Qualifications and Experience

You first must review the pet sitter???s qualifications and experience. It is essential to choose a pet sitter who is qualified for the job and has the necessary experience. Ask them what types of pets they have looked after in the past and how long they have been pet sitting for in order to catch a glimpse into their qualifications and prior experience.

Ask About Services

Another tip to keep in mind is to ask about the pet sitting services which they offer. Find out exactly what they will do for your beloved pet while you are out of town and what services they do not offer so that you know exactly what their responsibilities will be. Inquire as to whether they perform household duties if you are looking for a well-rounded pet sitter who is also a house sitter.

Provide Contact Info and Provide Information About Your Pet

Lastly, provide the pet sitter with your contact information and all of the necessary information about your pet. Let them know what area you live in so that they can tell you if they cater to individuals in that town. Also, let the pet sitter know all of the necessary details about your pet, including any medications your pet may be taking.

These three tips will help you greatly when selecting a new pet sitter.

Ha, my (Great) Uncle was a guest in a German POW camp during WWII and supplemented his rations by literally "eating pussy".

And then make a hat out of it. I'm always threatening my cat that if he doesn't behave, Mommy is going to make a nice soft hat.

Apparently cat is really sweet - you have to boil it twice, throwing the first lot of water away. (Just so you know).
