I don't have any other digestive issues, or leaky gut symptoms or anything like that. I don't even really have problems with my period... No cramps, mood swings, etc. Just, um, type 6 poop for one or two days. Any suggestions?

Many girls (including myself) have gone through the same thing. Just no one talks about it! I think it's the surge of prostaglandins that causes the contractions. Personally, cutting out all processed sugar (like from the dark chocolate I refused to let go of) has really helped with the digestion and cramps. However, paleo-friendly sugar from fruit does not seem to affect me. Good luck!
