All meat diet to solve fiber belly/low sex drive?

I've only been eating meat and vegetables in a autoimmune GAPS-FODMAPS style for about 3 weeks. Before I was eating fruits and nuts GAPS-FODMAPS autoimmune for more than 2 years in an attempt to cure a really leaky gut and other autoimmune issues. (Not much drastic improvement for those few years) I've noticed I feel a little better and am not as bloated now that I am eating Primal yet I DO NOT have normal BMs at all (I never did during those years paleo either)...it usually takes 3 or so days for me to pass a BM and usually it is not very much. Sorry for TMI but it is not constipation nor diarrhea and it is normal texture but just not much for the 3 days of food I consume.

I look like I'm 4 months pregnant (Sometimes 5....google it and you will see how bad it can get!) and my stomach is kind of hard when I press on it. I don't really get hungry much probably because my GI movement is so slow!

I eat around 1200-1600 cals a day and my daily diet consists of bone broth from pig/beef feet, grass fed beef/pork, and veggies like well cooked kale, spinach, bok choy, swiss chard, and about 20 g of carbs a night from carrots or sweet potatoes. I figure I eat around 50-75 g carbs a day. My intake breakdown is 75% fat, 10% carbs and 15% protein. Supplement with zinc, D, magnesium, cod liver oil. I am a 20 female, 5'7 and 125 pounds. Skinny fat.

I know over the summer there was a point in time when I ate a lot of veggies and it was like there was a brick in my stomach. I'm thinking maybe I don't do well on vegetables, period. I just started taking some probiotics. Should I go ZC and eat only meat? I'm really sick of carrying my gut around all the time and not pooping. Because I feel sick when I don't poo often. But seriously I feel sluggish and bloated and slightly nauseous and my skin, acne and eczema, gets a lot worse during the days I don't poop! Side note: Over new years this year I got a stomach bug and vomited my brains out for 24 hours and didn't eat anything for a few days. My acne straight up disappeared and my eczema all but vanished and I was amazed. Never had my condition gotten that well. So I guess the takeaway from that story is that I have very poor gut flora and toxins build up very quickly in my body when I don't poo everyday.

Another thing: I read somewhere that premenopausal or menopausal women who ate all meat experienced alleviation of their symptoms. I'm wondering if maybe I'm like a menopausal woman of sorts because I don't really get periods anymore. They do come every 30-35 days but only for 2 days max, very light flow. No sex drive either, actually I don't think I've ever had a sex drive...!

Though it may or may not alleviate your bloated belly, decreased fibre intake certainly can't help your BM frequency. I know if I went without fruit/veggies, I'd feel very backed up! If anything, perhaps you need MORE fibre (to "move things along" so it doesn't stay in the belly, so to speak). Have you considered that the bloating might be due to bad food combining rather than vegetables per se? Why not experiment incorporating different kinds of vegetables and combos. Fermented veg, sauerkraut, even fruit breakfasts. It would be a shame to miss out on all those nutrients/vitamins.

I had many of your issues, skinny fat, constipation, eczema, etc. I also had severe seasonal allergies. Last month, i did an internal herbal cleansing and now Im doing a candida cleanse in addition to following the Autoimmune Protocol as suggested on the website thepaleomom.com and I'm feeling so much better in the last couple of weeks. No constipation, I'm off all antihistamines, and my eczema is clearing up ( still some dermatitis, though). I'm hoping to be 100% better soon. Not sure if it's the cleansing, the autoimmune protocol ( cutting out certain foods), or the combo that's doing the job.

Same issues here. Im 21, 5'3, 118. I've been doing Paleo for about 6 months solid (no cheating unless Paleo Cheats) and 1 and half years (back when I used to cheat) BM have been an issue my whole life. Higher fat diet (bacon fat, duck fat, coconut oil) These tend to help me a lot. I started taking CALM Magnesium that Robb Wolf recommends in the Paleo Solution Book. It works. Just buy the natural flavour. Up the dose until your comfortable. Period, I have the same issue there too. Doesn't exist. I've tried a few things. I feel I need to try a higher carb diet to get things rolling again. Also make sure you keep everything is gluten free!!! Hope this helps a little bit.
