i once soaked peanuts over night and i remmber they helped me sometimes. Its was raw pink peanuts from the asia market in norway. if i overeat on them they werent good. Soaked overnight they where a good addition to the meal.
probably only in small amounts. cause of antinutrients.

Probably the best way to consume peanuts is through your mouth. It it true that I once attempted a peanut enema, but I don't want to enter into details about that part of my life here. Let's just say it wan't pretty.
