Hi! I'm a 23 year old female that has recently had some severe health issues. I went from 115llbs to 135 in The past year. I have been sugar, wheat, dairy free for 4 years. I normally can eat what I want within those limits, however right after I graduated college I lost my period for a year and still do not have it, I put on severe water weight and am covered in green veins. I do NOT trust western medicine, so my nature path says that the water retention is so severe that it is pushing my veins to the surface. I am trying so hard to rebalance my hormones and get my period back so I can lose this weight my blood work reads that of a post menopausal woman, extrmy high SHGB and extremely low free T. I'm doing bulletproof IF, eating around 1500-1600 calories per day and limiting my carbs. Every morning I'm bloated, heavy feeling, miserable, and depressed. Does anyone have ANY advice on how to use this diet the right way for hormonal balance and weight loss?? I am trying to hard to not count calories but wow is it hard. Some days I feel I ate too much and others not enough. Please please help!!
