What are your passover plans?

Since we don't eat wheat or processed foods like bread and pasta nor corn (if Ashkenazi) then am I correct in assuming that I can just continue eating what I've always been eating? I don't even have to clear our my pantries! :) Do those of you who observe do anything special to maintain the spirit? Some Paleo macaroons might be nice for example or some zuchinni crackers perhaps.

Well I will definetly have a recipe up on my blog. Also can't wait for ball jokes too. Its always a delight when guest come over and rave about my balls. Hopefully they won't be irregularly shaped and burned this year.

Well there is really good gluten-free matzah now from yehuda. Its not paleo but better than wheat matzah in taste too.

I've been working everyweek trying to perfect a gluten-free matzah ball. Elana's pantry's recipe needs refinement. It lacks schmatlz for flavoring and its a bit too heavy. I like my balls lighter. Quinoa balls are much lighter but have a stranger texture and don't taste as good.
