Hey all! I have been zoning for a while now, but I am still unsure of my block intake. (Today I Was told I to probably up my fats)
I do CrossFit about 6 times a week, and extra cardio 3-5 of those days. I am a woman, 5'3" aout 127-132 pounds (depending on several factors) and 17% body fat...Any pointers?
3 blocks is usually ok for meals. Should I up my snack blocks? I am not trying to lose weight (I would begin to look like a musculo-skeleton diagram if I lost more than 5 fat pounds)
