How do your meals look like and what for fat source do you consume.

I always add extra fat in the form of butter, coconut oil, lard or tallow and try to mix them up so I don't end up consuming the same types of fat all the time.

Mostly I'm eating fatty lamb cuts and steaks in tallow.All animals come from my dad's farm.

This is my second day on 0 carbs. You don't want to see the pictures. It is meat, meat, meat, liver and more meat. Nothing else. Oh, some salt.

I dont what your goal is but if you're planning on going into ketosis keep in mind that too much protein is an inhibition.

I'm not zero carb, but ketogenic for sure. I second VB. There's no point. You know exactly what to expect. Fleshy McFlesherson with a plate underneath.
