Fat loss and muscle gain. The optimal caloric intake, activity level, and macronutrient ratios to do it would be lovely.
That's probably more of an individual thing, but it can't hurt to ask!

I'm currently eating a low carb Paleo diet six days a week and a moderate carb Paleo diet one day a week, with the hope of losing weight but also keeping the ability to burn carbs. Is there a better way to be sure that I won't gain back all the lost weight after I increase my carbs again some day? I don't want to lose the ability to eat carbs, as I won't be low carb forever.

I am at increased risk of celiac disease since I carry the genetic markers HLA-DQ2.5 and HLA-DQ8. Currently I am healthy, with no autoimmune issues. Since gluten is a necessary trigger for the process of celiac disease to start, it seems logical that reducing or eliminating gluten in the diet would decrease the risk of developing celiac disease in the future. Should I stop eating wheat now to prevent the development of celiac?
