I'd like to have a universal blood test for everything- minerals, vitamins, electrolytes, white blood cells, immunity, iron, etc.

does anybody know what this test is called, and where i can get it?

+1 Need to have a standard checkup, in Paleo-approved way. Not sure local doctor will have it, and can't do a Mayo-style week-long full checkup.

Henry, there isn't one test that tests EVERYTHING. Typically you can order a blood test panel that checks lipids, iron, blood cell counts, and liver/kidney functions. Going beyond this will require taking other separate blood tests, and to get everything included is very expensive.

Check out:

This is just one of several outfits that let you order your blood test(s) then go to a nearby lab for the blood extraction. Results are then e-mailed back to you. I have not used their services before and so I am not recommending them. I would first figure out what tests you want then look online for the best price.

You can get a comprehensive wellness panel from direct labs. That checks thyroid, cholesterol, iron, wbc, rbc, etc. Minerals you would have to buy separately.. I am sure direct lab also carries those. You pay online, print out a form, take it to a local concentra or some other lab and then the results are emailed to you in a few days.

Wellness FX. They are not in every state and seem a little pricey, but I've heard good things.
