when were you no longer at the ABSOLUTE PEAK of physical health and fitness? even 1% drop from 100 to 99% would count.

personally, im just starting to notice it now .im 21 in 2 months, and although its very slow, theres no doubt that ill have declined physically between my 20th and 21st birthday.

Some folks like me are getting better even though they're getting older. I was coming from a very fat SAD world just 10 yrs ago but now I'm preparing for a marathon at age 40.

Right about age 30 or 31 I noticed that I couldn't just eat what I wanted and drink what I wanted without consequences, and always bounce back from every injury and hangover in 12 hours. I began to notice persistent weight gain (about 1-2 pounds per year), and took longer to recover from problems, both physically and mentally.

However up through age 28 or 29 I basically felt immortal. Enjoy it while you have it. Or as a friend of mine once said, play hard, drink hard, eat what you want, and when you get older, wear glasses if you need 'em.
