White Rice and The Perfect Health Diet

Having had some serious blood test issues lately, I have been on here a lot. In replies to my posting and in other posts I have noticed a disturbing trend. That suddenly 'white rice' and 'white potato's' are suddenly PALEO FRIENDLY and eggs and heavy cream are just 'pseudo paleo'.

What sayeth you?

IMO, white rice and white taters are IDENTICAL to eating Wonder Bread since the second they meet the enzymes in your stomach/intestine they break down to glucose. They cause massive insulin spikes and short of being gluten free, OATMEAL would be a better choice. If you ADD THAT 1lb of white rice I will bet you that you gain at minimum 4LBS of fat per month (from the insulin spikes) and most likely 8lbs (or even more).

There is no difference from 1lb white rice and eating 130 Grams of pure dextrose powder.

There is some guy SELLING A BOOK of all things claiming you should eat 1LB of white rice or potato, and 1/2lb of meat/day. If you get 50-100 grams of carbs from other paleo food, that 230++ carb grams/day.

Let me tell you this, Im throwing this out the window if I have to AND going back to eating SLOW DIGESTING BEANS before I start consuming pure sugar (white rice, white potato, wonder bread) insulin spiking Type II diabetes causing foods. Since I have no problem processing WHEAT (the devil), Id go back to eating a PIzZA PIE everyday for lunch before eating 1lb of white rice/white taters/wonderbread.

Please make this question civil and constructive and I will consider reopening. Otherwise I will delete it in the next hour. In the future, please refrain from posting such histrionic "questions" or you will be suspended. This is not a constructive hack, this is an opinion piece. If you use the search function, there are many good questions on the cost/benefits of things like eggs, rice, and cream.
