whats the good kind of magnesium supplement

I remember here that when getting magnesium supplements, theres a kind you should get because it absorbs better , and types you should avoid because it doesnt work as well.

i remember magnesium oxide was one of ones recommended NOT to take. thanks!

magnesium glycinate is generally considered the good one.

I use phour salts which has magnesium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, calcium and bicarbonate soda and drink it all day long in at least 3 liters of water. In this form, you are hydrating the body as well as feeding it magnesium throughout the day instead of just a dose or two. We have been using it for many, many years.
