What's your opinion on waiworld.com ?

What I found interesting with this site though I haven't read much yet is this:

"The Wai Diet contains:

- Fruit (raw, can be juiced or sundried)

- Oil/fat (mainly olive oil and coconut oil, both extra virgin, cold pressed)

- Raw fish, meat, egg yolks


- Nuts

- Sugar"

and the fact that most of the pages of the site include long lists of references and there are interesting gists. For example I've found the advice on tryptophan/(phenylalanine+leucine) advice here helpful for sleep snacking:


And there seems to be some logic behind whatever I've read there...

Hopefully the need to read the site and evaluate the references will at least be diminished here...

slightly off topic...
