Hi , what do you think it's the better diet for me?

I suffer of ibs-c , I'am paleo since 1 month , but I noticed that If I eat 15- 20 almonds , then my they cause me diarrhea , i think fr it's fiber. I don't eat sugars,grains,legumes,dairy and fruits.

I just eat meat, fish, vegetables and chocolate..there's something wrong?

Have you got any advice? I know that IBS can become CROHN'S or UC ! I really wanna avoid it!!!!!!!

time to do lots of research. ibs does not turn into crohn's or uc. uc and crohn's are forms of IBD which have IBS symptoms. IBS is varied and individual, and perhaps many ibs sufferers have a degree or type of IBD, or their ibs is a symptom of another issue. and many people with an IBD also have another issue such as ankylosing spondylitis (wrong spelling i know), etc. so it's complex.

you just need to eat the things that do not cause you ibs problems which means: stop eating almonds. stop eating all foods that fuck with you.

personally i eat meat, fish, organ meats, shellfish, some kinds of dairy, chocolate, orange juice, sugar, bamboo shoots, carrots, coconut oil. it's limited only compared to people who eat every damn thing they can. i learned a long time ago that not everything that can be eaten is food, and not every food is good for everybody.
