Suppose it depends entirely on the person. Some people might feel perfectly fine before starting and just want to improve their health further, while other people might have problems from depression to digestion.
I think most people agree that committing to it for a month is a good length of time for everything to settle into place (so to speak) and should be enough before you can reflect and compare changes.
Give it a month to 3 months depending on what your issues are. A lot of changes can be subtle, such as weight loss. Be patient and enjoy getting healthy :)
