I no longer have SIBO (yay!), but I still battling my fatigue and food sensitivities.
My food sensitivities could be attributed to my gastritis that is slowly healing.
My fatigue is very puzzling to me and it could be from different reasons. There are at least five that I know. I really want to rule out low blood pressure since I might have postprandial hypotension. I am not sure if I have it or not BUT I would love to test it.
Could you name Paleo foods that raise blood pressure?
Please do not mention coffee - I don't drink it and chocolate - I won't eat it (afraid of SIBO recurrence).
I eat red meat on a daily basis, not sure if it raises blood pressure.
