My favorite food is definitely ground beef (a paleo food, thank goodness!). I was just curious what everyone else's favorite foods or meals were because lately I have been preparing the same meals over and over. I'd like to try some of your favorite meals :)

Sliced tomatoes and other veggies with homemade tzatziki.

Hash with andouille (or chorizo) sausage, roasted jalapeno or poblano pepper with over medium egg(s).

Double-thick pork chops with jerk seasoning, cooked with Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes.

Granny smith apples with almond butter.

Salmon, usually blackened or jerk, either broiled or pan-sauteed.

Broccoli, oven roasted with just salt, pepper, and a little oil.

Pork tenderloin, roasted with zucchini and crookneck squash.

Reservation tomatoes (hot banana pepper sauteed in a little oil, add overripe tomatoes, peeled, cook down until like a thin sauce).

Yuca con mojo (cassava with garlic sauce).

Avocado tomato salad (dice veggies, add a dash of salt and a dash of hot sauce).

Steamed artichokes and broccoli over baby potatoes with alfredo sauce, sausage is a nice touch).

Dinner omelet with Italian sausage, spinach, and fresh mozzarella.

Baked sardines in tomato sauce topped with eggs.

Basmati rice, browned with olive oil and a little garlic, cooked in chicken broth, stir in spinach at the end to steam it lightly.

Celery root puree with just about anything.

Collard greens with pepper vinegar.

Blackened alligator tail.

Spring mix salad with avocado, tomato, cucumber, and hazelnut oil - white balsamic vinaigrette and whatever kind of meat you prefer.
