What is the max amount of Sugar you should have?

Hi I am on day 2 of Paleo. I was wondering if there was a certain amount in grams you should aim for in terms of sugar? Or being under a certain number. All of mine is coming from fruits/veggies as I am starting level 3, no cheating. I have heard for carbs keeping under 150 for weightloss is ideal. Thoughts? Thanks :)

Just cut out any and all processed foods and you should be OK. If your initial goal is to lose weight, try to limit fruit consumption to 1-2 servings per day. If you eat 3, don't sweat it; life will go on.

If you are looking to loose weight, you may want to cut back on fruit-based sugars. Some people react to them, some don't. My advice is to cut them out for a few weeks. Then add them back slowly to see if the effect you.

Once you are in maintenance a few servings per day of fruit should not effect you metabolically.
