the term Paleo Diet in itself is a meme. i see many people trying to follow certain guidelines as to what to eat, how to eat, when to eat. what is so hard to understand? it's 2011 AD. you have a world of information at your fingertips. this also NOT paleo. they didn't have places like Whole Foods, agriculture was minimal at best. you ate what Gaia provided depending on what corner of the world you lived. if you couldn't spear it, dig it or pick it, it wasn't food. they ate when they where hungry.
it's not that hard folks. stop falling for guru's with clay feet and all kinds of marketing memes. eat what Gaia provides when you're hungry. done deal.
and no this is not a question, nor is it in the form of a question in order to create a rift they like to call discussion.
it's a rant. stop being spoiled drones. it's not very Paleo of you.

Actually, I'm pretty sure talking about food and what to eat and how to eat and what's best to eat -- all of that -- is pretty paleo. Especially when you consider how many different habitats we dispersed into, and how many plants could kill you if you weren't familiar with the local vegetation. So I'm sure it was vital, quite literally, to talk with experienced locals about what to eat and what to avoid. And that's not even broaching the topic of food taboos, restrictions, and so forth among HGs. Self-romanticizing loners were probably few -- Gaia weeded 'em out.

Thanks for that? I guess...
All I know is that eating a "paleo" diet and living in this particular lifestyle makes me feel more energetic, happier and healthier than I ever have. Its my personal preference, you don't like it? Your loss.
