What is Paleo's Power Paradigm to you?

We think to understand our small world here and we care to keep our world happily living in a society we share here. The paleosphere is a place where I find harmony in disharmony. Where people networking gives rise to improvements in our health care. The paleosphere is also full of confusion, unnecessary debates and arguments, cultural battles, disharmony, fragmentation, ineffectiveness, inefficiencies as well.

This is the quotient of ideas and philosophies that should be translated and grounded in simple ideas that most people can understand, find meaning, relevance, enlightenment, harmony, unity, effectiveness and efficiencies.

So paleohackers.......what is your power paleo paradigm?

Olivia...you are my soul sistah...said what I was thinking. Sorry Dr k but this question is a bit too esoteric for this forum. I don't see it as a body hacking question.

Holy hell, you never cease to amaze, DrK. This question is pretty high on the silly factor. I'm not going to vote at all but man is this some dumb shit.

Good points, but I would add that we're also "great" at overthinking things too much, which seems to be at the heart of the premise of the question. If you'll pardon a Vonnegut reference, We do, doodly do, doodly do, what we must, muddily must...

"The paleosphere is also full of confusion, unnecessary debates and arguments, cultural battles, disharmony, fragmentation, ineffectiveness, inefficiencies as well" - this pretty much sums up human beings. Until we all smarten up and rediscover what is truly real and important disharmony will plague us. Paleo is the holistic summation of what it is to be human. The paleo movement will have consequences far beyond just eating good food and creating great health. We all need to stop being so egotistical and self centered as a species, but perhaps this is the evolutionary path we are selecting for now and it may be a dead end.

A very old saying: "Keep it simple, stupid" which can also be revised into "Keep it stupid, simple."

Two ideas about which this question is not.

The more I read about paleo diet and/or lifestyle, the more I appreciate Kurt Harris' "three neolithic agents of disease". Pure genius.

Paleo's Power Paradigm to me is that a paleo lifestyle should be simple: Eat well, exercise constructively, get a good night's sleep, and connect with yourself and the world around you.

Quilt: Love your questions, don't let the detractors scare you away!
