What has been your magic bullet?

What has been your magic bullet? It could be for health, well being, energy or just a over all benefit to your life. Is it IF, vitamin D, coconut oil or raw milk? Whatever it might be I would like to hear it.

My magic bullet has been bone broth. It has been great for my skin, hair, sleep and digestion. Another bullet has been my use of BCAAs. I do not use whey protein but the addition of BCAAs on a empty stomach to my diet has helped me strip body fat like no other factor that I've experience.

sort of off topic, but i like it far better than the vitamix I purchased and then shipped off to my brother-in-law.

I meant pasteurized goat milk, not yogurt.

I use pasteurized goat yogurt, fermented for 24 hours. The important thing for me is the goat part, which has a gentler casein than cow. I don't really need raw milk, since kefir has digestive enzymes already.

I have several bottles of that exact brand. I also like ones where it's ground up in a capsule because I tell myself that it's more absorbable but it probably actually isn't.

"I was a nutrition huckster before it was cool" LOL. You should just take 100mg of magnesium glycinate with each meal.

What kind of magnesium do you take? Recently read an article on Charles Polliquin website about needing 4 different types of it. I only take one. of course he conveniently had a pill that had all 4 types you needed...

My magic bullet is realizing there is no magic bullet. If you are eating a half-dozen kinds of poison, there is no simple fix other than to stop doing that! Doing the hard work to get say 95% clean gives real benefit and is really worth it. You can never undo a bad diet with coconut milk or liver or sunlight or anything. They might help, they do help, but not as much as just plain cutting out the crap.

Don't get sick anymore because of vitamin D
Don't get allergies anymore because of vitamins D and A
Don't get anxiety or insomnia anymore because of magnesium
Don't get skin problems anymore because of zinc and linoleic acid
Don't buy into rampant charlatanism because of common sense

Vitamin D supplementation really made a difference for me. When I started taking it in the middle of this last winter, I was amazed at how strong I felt. I just felt emotionally solid, totally ready to attack the day.

Magnesium has really helped with cramping, which was dragging me down a bit.

Going gluten-free did 80% of the work for me. The rest has been supplements, offal, kefir etc.
