looking for a pre workout as i will start to train fasted in mornings so i was wondering what is your biggest contributor to energy?
...and why do you think this particular food gives you a lot of energy, what is in it that helps?

For me personally white potatoes and butter, because they are the only starch(besides bananas) that I can eat without digestive problems, they are light and give instant energy. Also they help me shed exessive water weight, because on VLC I do retain water. Even on 1 pound(or more..!) potatoes a day the most days of the week I have my 4 pack, 5 ft 7, 130 pounds female.
Coffee gives SOMETIMES acne. You must try it for yourself.
