So I'm new to paleo, and I find this site that offers delivery of paleo foods. http://www.paleoonthego.com/category_s/1514.htm
I'm clicking through some of the categories and looking at the recipes and ingriedents, and it all seems to check out from an ingreident perspective- that is, everything on the list is paleo.
But do the meals look properly balanced from a macro-nutrient standpoint? Would I have to add any more fat, vegetables, etc?
What do you think?

Macro levels are up to the individual. Paleo doesn't recommend one way or another (with the exception of maybe PHD) . You can do high carb or low carb paleo for example, though there are advantages to higher fat, lower carb for those of us coming from a SAD.
You're probably better off learning to cook for yourself, but as with anything else, it's a convenience.
