If you are still young (under 25 or so) this could certainly be the epstein barr virus (mononucleosis), gives pretty much this same symptoms.
As the other people suggested, go see the doctor right now and get a full blood work so we can see at what point you are currently and try to be tested for the epstein barr also.
If it is not viral/infection related then we should look for possible metabolic syndrome and adrenal fatigue markers, I guess that would be the second possible cause for your symptoms. Paleot pretty much summarized what you should get tested but I'd say that if you can get full thyroid panel and also hormonal and comprensive lipid profile plus salivary DHEA-S/Cortisol and Vitamin D then the better. You're feeling bad and it's legit from you to have a wide range of tests to have insight on what is happening to your, try to convince your doc about it and good luck!
