What could be causing the constant little muscle twitches all over my legs and arms?

For the last day I've been having these constant little muscle twitches everywhere, epsecially in my legs. If I look at my calf it's like something is living under the skin, the twitches are so frequent the surface of the skin looks like its constantly rippling.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I get this from low sodium.

lack of electrolytes? especially magnesium and potassium

also it can be from circulation if it feels like a pulsing or throbbing after physical activity.

Had this too and freaked out thinking it was something serious. Try upping your magnesium, preferably with foods rich in it. Also do an Epsom salt bath.

Make sure your giving yourself enough time to recover after W/O'S.. and supplement with magnesium if you arent doing so already.

I've always assumed it was a reaction to overuse, similar to the twitching of the eye muscles many of us are familiar with after reading in dim light or watching too much TV. (Grass-fed, barefoot, full-fat TV, of course).

Hah. I get those all the time. It comes from hard physical labor for me.
