So I'm 21 in 2 months, 3 weeks and 3 days. Scary. I definitely starting to feel my age- I get tired, cramps, aches, I can't run as far or fast, I can barely sprint anymore, health is in clear decline, immune system is weaker,etc
are their any exericesi can do to slow the decline? i know heavy lifting wont decline for a few more years, what can i do to prevent fitness from failing anymore?

Here's a few baby steps to take ...
- Get help for your drug addictions
- Don't just cut out the crap food you've been talking about eating, but make a game plan for how you are going to acquire, cook, and eat wholesome food from now on.
- ... can you cook? Now is going to be a great time to learn.
