weakness/lazyness I'm afraid about D:

Hello, I am 19 years, I am paleo for 2 months because of IBS, which has now gone to 60%, but it is not. I know that you have IBS, also probably a leaky gut, and we know that from a leaky gut, can grow all the different diseases, even the strongest. So, since eight months I feel very tired during the day, I sleep badly, and maybe my diet is bad. I begin by saying that paleo are, and the things I eat are: - fish - meat - carrots - sometimes almond - olive oil - turmeric - black pepper and salt.

STOP, I do not like to eat other types of vegetables and two months ago I tried to eat some fruits such as blueberries, but they gave me a lot of air in my gut, so I stopped with it.

Again, going paleo, in order to reduce a lot of carbohydrates such as pasta, pizza, etc., I started eating a lot of sugar in the form of dark chocolate (lactose) every day, but now I'm trying to quit with it.

I do not eat much. Finally, I'm trying to go to sleep earlier (at 11), but I sleep very little, 4-5 hours a night, and to 03 / 04:00 I'am already awake.

I started to integrate with magnesium citrate, but it gave me diarrhea.

Last thing, I have a very low pressure, so the symptoms (weakness, bad view, laziness) could be justified by this.

But I would like to see your opinion as well!

PS: My fear is to have a MS or CFS ...............

You eat one or two types of vegetables while on Paleo and expect to remain healthy? Your diet is mainly compromised of fats and protein, but you're forgetting there's something called micro-nutrients that you get from vegetables and fruit. So no your diet is not maybe bad. It IS bad, actually terrible.

I think it's a good idea if you go and visit a doctor in your situation. You really seem messed up, and might even have low-T, but honestly I just suspect your malnutritioned from the way you described your diet.
