took blood test, didnt fast, triglycerides were 407?

i had blood work done, and tris were 407. i didnt fast before like your supposed to because i didnt care about lipids...how much would not fasting affect it? how bad is 407?

It definitely matters. I think the question is whether 407 is so astronomical that it indicates that tom would have had high triglycerides even if he'd fasted.

not sure about the particular numbers ..but i know that the nurse that was supposed to take my blood refused to do so when i told her i had cream in my tea that morning- she said it would effect the results. So i think it does matter.
