what vegetables oils do you think is safe and ones you dont think are say when you buy food and when you cook?
i currently use butter,coconut oil for cooking and EVOO for salads, but i want to expand my options if i buy fresh food that has used any other oils as im afraid it will cause more acne for myself?

Ditto norwegian girl. Butter/dairy is very inflammatory. If you want to expand the only other oils I would use are avocado oil. We also save the lard from our bacon (clean bacon) and put it in a mason jar and store it in the fridge. Ghee is actually fairly easy to make just by clarifying some kerrygold!
