Cut-up fruit and veggies, especially with a dip like almond butter or guacamole or paleo hummus.
Deli meat wrapped around veggies, cheese, avocado etc. (like a wrap)
Favorite soups or left-overs in a thermos
Home-made sweet potato chips
paleo trailmix with nuts, dried fruit, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes
all-natural beef jerkey
cold bacon or sausages
hard-boiled eggs or egg salad with paleo crackers (cucumber slices work well, too)
an occasional treat like paleo banana bread or paleo cookies
Leftovers, lunch meat, veggies, fruit. I invested in Lunchbots, including an insulated container. My 8-year-old's favorite lunch is Moroccan meatballs (theclothesmakethegirl.com), salad, and grapes.
