I have noticed that my diet is lacking in a couple minerals such as magnesium, pottassium, and sodium (at least i think). Don't really like the idea of taking supplements, unless i somehow find out that it's imperative i do take some. I've read that bone broth is a good way to get a lot of these minerals easily, can anyone attest to this? Is it a good substitute or should i just take supplements? Also, any easy bone broth recipes would be greatly appreciated.
