So i decided to make some biscuits this afternoon to go with my paleo shepherds pie. After about 40 minutes..lets just say there was a mad dash to the bathroom!
I have cheat meals occasionally and they usually are more on the sweet end of things. And not the healthy sweet end either. And I usually have no gut issues at all with these. The only different cheat ingredients in these biscuits were tapioca starch and rice milk. Why is it that I can have such an adverse reaction to those two "healthier" alternatives and not to some thing like a conventional cupcake (for example of a cheat dish)??
