I have been eating semi paleo for a while but have not really fully committed and I really have struggled to loose weight. I am starting tomorrow doing the Fat loss 30 day meal program. I was wondering is snacking allowed on this or having approved food in between the meals? I just feel I may have problems keeping to the plan if I don't have options to go to. Anyone have any advice :) Thanks,
