practical paleo fat loss program

Hi,

I have been eating semi paleo for a while but have not really fully committed and I really have struggled to loose weight. I am starting tomorrow doing the Fat loss 30 day meal program. I was wondering is snacking allowed on this or having approved food in between the meals? I just feel I may have problems keeping to the plan if I don't have options to go to. Anyone have any advice :) Thanks,

Hi CD, There is a fat loss meal program printed in the back of the Practical Paleo book and the shopping list is online at balancedbites.com Thank you for directing me to their site. Through further looking into it i found that eating between meals is not recommended. Thanks again, -KT

probably better question for their forum/ FAQ site. I am actually pretty confused as I didn't think practical paleo had a fat loss program. I thought they pushed Wolff's 30 Day Total Transformation. Or are you talking Whole30?
