Hi, I'm looking for a paleo bar recipe that ideally includes eggs and macadamia nuts and perhaps other fruit (e.g. banana, coconut, dates, prunes etc.) that is has a good ratio of proteins to carbs (1:4) to be eaten post-workout. preferably one that doesn't require coconut oil as it's expensive

You are good with macadamia nuts.... but not coconut oil?
