Lets make a list of vitamins/minerals that work together and a list of vitamin/minerals that don't work together.

Plus which vitamins/minerals to be balanced....

Thanks in advance

Vitamin C enhances iron absorption

There are a lot that need to be balanced: Zinc and copper Selenium and iodine Potassium and sodium Calcium and magnesium (and vitamin D plays in there too, somehow)

Plus many more that I'm not thinking of or that we don't know yet.

This is a rather complicated topic. I suggest you get Perfect Health Diet (Jaminet) which covers all this (and much more) rather well.

I think coconut water is good for balancing your minerals/vitamins especially for potassium and sodium. Personally I dont worry about this stuff to much. Just incase you didn't know either Im going to add that some vitamins/minerals can't be properly/fully absorbed in the absence of fat, like vitamin D in particular
