Is that people will not test food on themselves and they rely on other people and their studies/ideas/opinions to form their diets and then get jacked when it doesnt work.

  1. learn to listen to your body
  2. learn what works for you
  3. dont knock other people and their success/ideas just because it is not what you think to be gospel truth

This question really makes no sense. That flawed human beings with their biases, dogmatism, intellectual limitations, and other issues leads to the "downfall of Paleo" is a non sequitur. Moreover, there has already been a ton of discussion here and elsewhere on the pros and cons of "n=1" paradigm.

Your comments would apply to any dietary or lifestyle choice, not just Paleo...and probably many other things in life.

I think dismissing other people's ideas about what paleo might be is a big downfall of this community. The tent should be inclusive not exclusive.
