Yo PaleoHackers. Clark here.
As a lot of you know I run the PaleoHacks podcast. We have John Durant coming up on the show. John is the author of the upcoming book "The Paleo Manifesto". Super fun / interesting read covering everything from insect eating / cannibalism / thermo gneiss and more!

I would like to ask him what he thinks of the importance of our gut microbes, and if he thinks a normal, typical paleo diet is providing enough support to our gut microbes.
Richard Nickoley of Free The Animal is onto some really great stuff in the gut microbiome department. He has written a whole series on the importance of resistant starch.
Basically, he is asserting that resistant starch is the missing link in paleo as without it we cannot possibly provide support to our gut microbes.
He has dozens of N=1 stories of lowered blood sugar, better sleep, satiety, and many other benefits to eating resistant starch and increasing the health of gut microbes.
I would love to see his series on RS dissected--or even see him in a podcast on the subject.
