This is what I do! It's so easy :) the most ready meal-like thing I can think of are those pre packaged salads (without dressing/croutons), though I don't think they're very filling by themselves so perhaps add an avocado or a couple boiled eggs

I can't really answer your question but cooking doesn't have to take up a lot of time. What's your schedule like?

a large crockpot and 1 hour for cooking on the weekend should be able to take care of most of your meals...

as far as delivery i would contact a local personal chef to prepare meals for you so you can explain your dietary restrictions. i would imagine that many of the larger companies that deliver use weird additives and thickeners that you would want to stay away from.

not that im aware of, however buy a slow cooker, put in meat and veg, liquid and seasoning and just leave till your ready to eat it really is that easy.

The difficulty with your question is what constitutes a paleo meal is far from absolute.

If you eat potatoes then cottage/shepherds pie is just meat and potatoes and so qualifies and can be found in supermarkets.

As can a variety of other ready meals which don't contain grains and have meat as a base.

IF you are interested in reducing carbs to almost nothing, then buy cans of meat and eat them with butter. cook a chicken or turkey joint, slice it like your would bread and sandwich a slice of butter in between 2 pieces.

Use too much butter and it'll sit in your stomach and cause distress.

In fact if I mix even a small amount of butter with starch, I feel my stomach complaining. Also, if I mix butter with other animal fats, I'll be in distress - but combining butter with lean meats is fine.
