I'm going out to lunch after school and I want to know what is the best paleo option from red lobster? I am a 15 year old girl, which I am usually really active but I am on my two week break from track. Though I still swim I'm not burning the same amount of calories as I would during track season. So should I lower my intake of fruit since they aren't good for weightloss or too much for non workout days? Or should I make going out for lunch my cheat for the weak and have less fruit ? I usually have berries to start every day followed by my egg scramble. Then I ha a clementine with nuts as a snack and an apple at lunch, then another fruit for snack before practice. Idk how to sub fruits, though I do have beef jerky.
What are some thoughts, I live having others input!

Red lobster has crab legs, shrimp, and salmon. You can say you have gluten and dairy allergies so they know not to use those. Get steamed veggies in the side. I havent been there in years but they had the best cheesy biscuits that are so bad for you but so good!
As for fruit, if you are trying to lose weight, you can limit it since fruit carbs add up crazy fast. Not as bad as sweet potatoes and squashes, but they can still add way too much sugar to your diet. Beef jerky is a good replacement. I use kefir and yogurt for added protein and fat.
