I'd go high fat, medium protein, and very low carb or no carbs. That is how I recover from a "cheat".
I find that eating "naughty" carb foods makes me feel a bit groggy the next day, and I also get sharp hunger pangs for a day or two after. I think this is the insulin merry-go-round. Cutting out carbs mostly or completely for a day puts me back on track the day after that. Kind of hard to stick with it that first day, but the payoff is worth it.
