The Dekalb Farmers Market Is the place to get whole foods at good prices. This place is packed and rightfully so. Whether you are a vegan, paleo, vegetarian or pescetarian this is the best source of great whole foods at good prices in Or around Atlanta. It blows trader joes and whole foods out of the water. They have a cafe, and they make their own food with pretty good ingredients. They also have the best meats, fish and grass fed dairy.

Other than that, if you go to meetup.com I'm pretty sure I saw an Atlanta paleo meet up group that meets up every month or so.
