Does any one know of any places in the northlake / huntersville area that would be paleo friendly?

One of my tricks when I have to eat out is to ask for anything regularly cooked in soybean oil (or some other abomination) to be cooked in butter, easily explained through "allergies". Other than that, almost every restaurant has cuts of meat and vegetables available. Even if they don't necessarily offer a dish of just that, 99% of the time they will accommodate you.

Just about any restaurant (within reason) can be made "paleo friendly" by selective ordering.
